Since I live in Bali, Indonesia the focus will be on Indonesian Herbs.

Already for a very long time I’m interested in the powers of medicinal Herbs. I’m convinced that the working of these herbs have a more durable effect on our body than all the Chemical ones.

This website will try to make an inventory of the common known Indonesian healing herbs and where possible interlink them with their Chinese, Western or Ayurvedic counterparts.
